Prenatal massage is a type of massage therapy specifically tailored to the needs of pregnant people. It helps reduce stress and relieve muscle aches and pains while promoting relaxation. Not only can prenatal massage provide relief from physical discomfort, but it can also help with emotional issues such as depression and anxiety. Neck, shoulder, and back massages are a type of massage therapy that focuses specifically on the upper body (neck, shoulders, and back).  This therapy targets soft tissues and muscle groups in these areas to help ease stress and tension, promote blood circulation, and encourage relaxation, which in turn leads to improved overall health and well-being of a person.  

Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.

Cupping is a form of massage therapy which decompresses soft tissues using vacuum suction.  During cupping, the cup gently sucks to your skin and lifts underlying soft tissues to the cup.  Cupping is very relaxing and generally not painful.  

When these two healing arts are combined, it can create a powerul stress-reducing effect.  Imagine having all the tension in your body melted away by a massage, while also feeling a sense of calm and peace from the Reiki.  This combination can help you feel more relaxed and balanced both physically and emotionally.  

The ultimate combination!  A reiki session, with the enhancement of crystals and sound healing all mixed into your session.  This is great for those who need a reset out of the flight or fight response.  Optional smudging with white sage and/or Palo Santo outdoors before your session.  

Monthly memberships are a great way to get the regular treatment you need.  Membership benefits include a customized session every month.  Additional sessions at the low memnership rate.  Sessions rollover and sessions expire after 3 months if you don't use them.  Month to Month.  Just provide a 30 day notice to cancel.  

Travel Massage to your office, home or event.  Chair Massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on.  It is excellent for relaxation and more depending on the techniques used by your therapist.
